The Butcher Block is our sister company located just a short 3 minutes from Mountain Valley Meat. It is a retail butcher shop and smokehouse offering high quality, locally sourced meats. This is a perfect option if you do not have the space to stock up or if you just didn't have time to pull something out of the freezer for dinner. We have a wide variety of fresh meat, smoked sausages, seasonings, and sides to complete your meal.
