Wild Game Processing

Tips: Be sure to bring your tag with you when dropping off your game. Please clean your game. Protect the meat from dirt, rocks, hair, insects, etc. We are not responsible for blood shot, hair, dirt, rocks, feces, or any other outside contamination. A cleaning fee will be assessed on animals that have not been pre-cleaned and will depend on the status of your animal.

If you are coming from outside of Oregon, state and federal regulations prohibit transporting the head or spinal column across state lines to help prevent the spread of Chronic Wasting Disease (CWD). In that case, the animal must be brought in quartered or fully boned out.

Game:

  • Minimum:                $150

  • Over 100 pounds:  $1.50/lb

  • Grind & Wrap          $1.75/lb

  • Grind Only               $1.50/lb (25 lb minimum) 

  • Beef/Pork fat:         $2.50/lb 

  • Disposal Fee:          $10-15

  • Cleaning Fee:          $20+

*Re-skinning fee may be applied dependent upon condition of carcass

Sausage & Smoking:

Additional $1.50/lb wrapping fee charged on meat from animals not

processed here

  • Breakfast sausage:      $1.75/lb (15 lb min.)

  • Italian Sausage:          $2.00/lb (15 lb min.)

  • Large Casing:                  $3.25/lb

    • Summer Sausage, Thuringer, Salami, Pepperoni)

  • Small Casing:                  $3.75/lb

    • Brats, Beer Dogs, Franks, German Sausage, Kielbasa

  • Snack sticks:                  $4.50/lb

    • (Pepperoni, Teriyaki, Jalapeno)

  • Jerky:                             $4.25/lb

  • Extras

    • Jalapeno                         $0.25/lb 

    • Cheese:                          $0.25/lb

 

*25 lb minimum sausage & pepperoni

 10 lb minimum for jerky*

Additional wrapping fee charged on meat from animals not processed here

Storage fees of $3/day, per basket will be assessed on meat not picked up after 7 days. Meat left over 30 days will be donated to the local food bank.
