Cancellation Policy
• We keep a strict schedule for the number of animals brought in.
• If you need to cancel or lower your scheduled number, you must give 30 days’ notice to receive a deposit refund. Deposits cannot be transferred to another person.
• Cancellations can be made via email (mountainvalleymeat@hotmail.com) or phone (541-352-6322 — please leave a message).
• Your deposit covers slaughter fees. Heavyweight animals (beef 900+ lbs or swine 350+ lbs) will have an additional fee.
